Taekkyeon, a traditional Korean martial arts, is registered as Korea's No. 76 Intangible Cultural Asset and listed as a UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage. Its philosophy is 'naturalism,' seeking flexibility and serenity in an artistic style by stepping to its unique rhythms.

KiHyun Do has been trained Taekkyeon for nearly 40 years and was trained Taekgyeon from DeokGi Song, a human cultural asset, who is one of the last practitioners of the ancient martial art. While your master was studying in the U.S., he established Taekkyeon Club for the first time in his school and introduced it in the country. Along with various activities to promote Taekkyeon, he contributes to the invigorazation of the martial arts.

As Daehak-ro ('Daehak' means 'universities;, and 'ro' means 'streets') is named because nine universities, including Seoul Univ., are all located in the area, you can feel vitality of youth.
